A normal-level "Angle" problem.The formula is 180 × (corners − 2). The "− 2" is simply the number of triangles you get when you cut it up.

Hints

  1. You don't need to remember the formula — you can build it by cutting the shape into triangles. First pick one corner.
  2. From that corner, draw straight lines to every corner that is not next to it.
  3. The hexagon is now 4 triangles — always two fewer than the number of corners.
  4. One triangle's angles add to 180°, and there are 4 of them, so 180 × 4 is the answer.
